We went here, there, and everywhere today. Just trying to get around to see everyone and spend quality time with the people that mean so much to us. (That doesn't mean you don't mean anything to me if you don't see me this week... there's so many hours in the day)
In fact, that's what I'm thankful for today... Time. Sounds funny because so many times we say we're rushed or don't have enough time to do something, but how many times do we sit down and take a moment to be thankful for the time we do have? This trip has already made me so thankful for the time that we have here. It's only a few days and I'm on a mission to make the most of it. I want to savor each minute with the family and friends that we left behind when we moved.
With that said, I made time to post on my blog today... now I'm going to make time to have some fun in the kitchen with my sister... and I'm going to enjoy every second of it (here's hoping we don't burn the place down!).
